Once you schedule your call, you will receive a short form via email that you must complete for your call to be confirmed in my schedule. This form will outline the insurances I accept, self-pay fees, & my availability. The form will also ask for brief details about what you are seeking counseling for.

During your initial 15-minute chemistry call, I will make sure to address any questions you have about my background, training, or approach to therapy in general. We will also discuss the reasons you are reaching out for support.
